       I have noticed that most organization  has turned into business. Most organization has turned into a source of making money instead of being a source of impacting.  Most people would  say ' every means is a way'.  People are ready to go through every legal means applying illegal forms in getting whatever they want.   Numerous writers have written about this,  bloggers,  vloggers,  public speakers  must have done a whole lot to this article. THE SCHOOL SYSTEM.    The school is no longer an institute  or an organization  dedicated to teaching and learning but an institution dedicated to making profit.  This is most common in the higher institutions.    A school is to be an institution where we teach,  learn,  test our ability and scored according  to our test result.  What's the essence of paying fees, spending,  five years pretending to be learning. Nowadays,  since we have the money,  we are only going to school to show off and get a result for having purpose.

     The problem is not the problem.  The problem is your ATTITUDE about the problem _ CAPTAIN JACK.     A leader has a attitude  that makes him or her different from followers. Attitude is a product of belief.  You cannot have a attitude beyond your belief.  Your attitude comes from your belief system. You are born to solve a problem. Dont tell God to take away your problem else you don't want success.  Problem is what makes success. Without a Goliath there would be no KING David.  David never prayed for God to take away the Goliath. You are born with an answer to your generational question. Your value is based on the problem you solve. Your values goes up with the  problems you have solved. You are not remembered for the problems you avoided but by the problems you solved.     Excuses are just  words we come up with to quit making it sound legal whereas its illegal. Most people fail to see that excuses are just conjunction of words to better us for the moment. Excuses sounds best to the person who's making it up.  You can only make excuses to the public,  you tell excuses to suit their thinking,  how do you suit yourself,  you sit around,  you nag,  you say life is unfair. You made up the excuses, then,   why transfer blame on life.  Your family background didn't  cause you to fail,  the evil in this world didn't cause you to fail,  not until you see   no demon tying you down you can never succeed,  you live a wasted life as you continue to assume a demon in your family tying you down.    There is no excuse to quit, we see our problems as excuses instead of opportunities.  No excuse is good enough to earn a reward.   Most people feel comfortable  with  excuses; I can't keep up with it because its; DIFFICULT   Its better to shoot high

     At 11:25am yesterday, I was at refinery road close to the mall at warri, Delta state. I was to attend a business meeting, and was in haste, just when I got to refinery road, it was blocked  with sticks and palm fronds and women were seen gathered, protesting that they havent had power supply for more than a week,  and they need power  else no vehicle would be able to convey persons and goods from one place to the other. These women have refused to give in to the situation and are also tired of it,  and they protest for their right. Most of these women complained that they don’t  owe  light bills, the transformer has no fault and yet they are been denied their right to enjoy power supply. According to one of the protesting ladies “we have met with the king and he gave us a go ahead to protest, and we would protest continually until our need has been met”.    Drivers tried convincing these women to let them pass through, some even tried to force their vehicles  through the cro
